Each order is quoted according to the chocolate format, quantity, flavours, personalisation, packaging and delivery or collection requirements.
How far in advance should I order?
Personalised, wedding and bulk orders are best planned as early as possible. Share your required date and we’ll confirm availability.
Does La Chocolata offer delivery?
Delivery options depend on the order and location. Add your area to the enquiry and we’ll confirm the available arrangements and charges.
Where can I collect an order?
Collection can be arranged from Colombo 02. The collection details are shared when your order is confirmed.
Can I order wedding favours or corporate gifts?
Yes. La Chocolata creates personalised favours, bridal and event boxes, branded corporate gifts and bulk orders.
Can you accommodate dietary or allergen requirements?
Please mention any allergies or dietary requirements when enquiring. We’ll confirm what can be accommodated before the order is finalised.
How should the chocolates be stored?
Keep chocolates in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Product-specific care instructions can be shared with your order.
Does submitting the form confirm my order?
The form sends your requirements to La Chocolata. Your order is confirmed after availability, pricing and the final details are agreed.
